Do you take a percentage of ad spend?
No. KT charges a flat management fee per tier. Percentage-of-spend creates a perverse incentive: agency makes more if you spend more, regardless of return. Flat-fee aligns us: we want your spend efficient, not large.
How long until I see leads?
First leads usually within 7-14 days (the learning phase window). Stabilised conversion rate by week 4. Real campaign optimisation gains visible by month 2.
What if Google Ads doesn't work for my business?
